Introduction

We supply both electricity powred hammer crusher and diesel engine hammer crusher.

Structure

Hammer crusher consists of box, rotor, hammer, counter lining plate, screen plate, etc.

Working Principle

Stone Hammer Crusher mainly relies on the impact energy to complete the crushing of materials.

When hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor high-speed rotation, the material into the crusher chamber evenly, and high-speed rotary hammer cuting apart the material to the material, at the same time, the material's own gravity makes material from the high-speed rotating hammer to the body panel and sieve. Materials larger than screen hole size continues to be crushed by the hammer, until the final discharging granularity through the sieve plate outside.

Application

Hammer crusher is used for crushing all kinds of medium hard and weak abrasive materials. The compressive strength of the material is not more than 100MPa, and the moisture content is less than 15%. It is widely used in coal,clinker, chalk, gypsum, brick, limestone crushing process.
