Product Introduction:

RCYD series self-cleaning Permanent Magnetic have a continuously running belt designed for separation of ferrous metal in a variety of over-the-belt conveyor applications. Our cross belt separators are designed to provide a reliable and extremely effective means of metal extraction. The cross belt magnet is manufactured with a powerful plate magnet, heavy duty steel frame, vulcanised rubber belt and a motor and reducer. The magnet may be suspended either cross belt (perpendicular to the product flow) or inline (parallel above the product flow).

Working Principle:

RCYD series self-cleaning Permanent Magnetic has no external power source is required for the magnet. During opera-tion, tramp iron contained in-side material conveyed under the magnet is magnetically attracted. Magnetic force lifts the metal to the face of the magnet. Metal attracted by the self-cleaning model is automatically and continuously removed from the magnet face by a belt that travels around the body of the magnet.
