HS Series Symons Crusher is widely used in the metallurgical industry, construction materials industry, road building industry, chemical industry and silicate industry. Symon Cone Crusher Working Principle


During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve through the V-belt, the large pulley, the transmission shaft, the bevel gear, and the large bevel gear. The broken cone axis is rotated under the eccentric bushing, so that the wall surface is broken. Close to the surface of the rolling wall, and then the material is continuously crushed, crushed and bent in the annular crushing cavity composed of the fixed cone and the moving cone. After multiple extrusions, impacts and bending, the material is broken to the desired particle size and discharged through the lower portion.
